Shipping policy

All packages (tires, tubes, merchandise) are shipped without signature required for pickup **there are exceptions to signature required based on location of shipment which will be determined by our organization. It’s your responsibility with the tracking number provided to track the package and pickup up the package upon delivery. We are not responsible for theft upon delivery and you absolve us from any liability. No refunds will be given in cases of theft. We do not drop ship to ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO,  GUAM, APO/FPO, AA AND INTERNATIONAL for dealers.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO,  GUAM, APO/FPO, AA AND INTERNATIONAL
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, AA and International locations must call before ordering.  The purchaser must agree to setting up shipping arrangements and pay for the shipping charges.  All orders are FOB.  Mand Hracingtires.com /  M and H Racing Tires will not be held responsable for orders once the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier.  It is the purchasers responsability to insure their order with the shipping carrier.  

*Domestic and International shipping – the estimated days for shipping is an estimate time from the actual shipping date. You will not hold our company liable for shipping charges or the order itself if your order by chance takes longer than the estimated time frame set by the shipping company because we have no control of the shipping process as soon as an order leaves our warehouse. We do not guarantee expressed or implied delivery time. There are many factors than can affect and prolong the shipping process and we like to make our customers aware that it can happen at times. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your business.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND PAYPMENTS
All taxes and duties above the tire price and shipping charges are the customers responsibility. It is your responsibility and not MandHracingtires.com / M and H Racing Tires to know these charges prior to ordering. MandHracingtires.com / M and H Racing Tires only charges you for the tire price – taxes and duties will be a separate charge handled by a different entity other than MandHracingtires.com / M and H Racing Tires In no case will MandHracingtires.com / M and H Racing Tires pay for taxes and duties. All international customers will need to make their payments with PAYPAL. Our company does not accept international credit cards.
